8 Landscape Laborer positions available. Temporary, full-time positions from 04/01/2026 to 12/12/2026, 8:00am-3:00pm. 35 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 7-hour workday. OT varies. Up to 5 hours of OT. Workers paid biweekly at $21.91/hr, $32.87/hr OT. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the companys sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure.
Install trees and shrubs, mulch beds, mow, edge and blow customers property, prune and maintain landscapes. No minimum education or experience required. Pre-employment background check and random drug testing during employment. No Housing Assistance.
On the job training provided. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly and/or reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day.
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least $16.28 /day during travel to a maximum of $68/day with receipts. H2B Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job, and guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of total employment period.
