Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot multi-site network infrastructure, including routers, switches, VPN connections, and drive-thru HME timer systems to ensure stable communication across all retail locations. Support and maintain enterprise POS and back office systems, performing system configuration, resolving sync and connectivity issues, and coordinating with vendors and ISPs for escalated technical support. Provide Tier-2 technical support and user access administration, including account provisioning, security permissions, remote troubleshooting, and staff training on system usage and IT best practices.
Employer will accept a Masters degree in the Computer Science/Engineering (any), C.I.S. or equivalent
\ The employee\'s relocation is contingent on client needs. The frequency of the relocation as well is unknown, and it purely depends on the client\'s requirements. There is no National or International Travel involved for this position.
