Position Summary:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and providing leadership to the warehouse team. This role ensures that shipping, receiving, and inventory processes are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. After completing training, the Warehouse Lead will help oversee team activities, support workflow, and ensure company procedures are followed. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the warehouse team in daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time

  • Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure orders are processed, packaged, and documented correctly

  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including assisting with cycle counts and inventory organization

  • Help ensure warehouse procedures and safety standards are followed at all times

  • Train and support team members on warehouse processes and best practices

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management

  • Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and implementing process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to lead by example and support a team-oriented environment

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems

  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
