The Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist will have the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (in Engineering related field)

- Bachelor's and 3-5 year of experience in manufacturing of consumer goods
-or-
- Associate's Degree and 7+ years' experience in Engineering field
-or-
- High School Diploma and 10+ years' experience with Inside Sales in similar field
-plus-
Bilingual- Spanish a plus
Knowledge of Company and Industry
Customer Relationship Management
Strong business and financial acumen
