Bolzoni Group is looking for an Inside Sales and Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for delivering and contributing to a superior customer experience through the accurate and timely development of quotes, entertaining of sales orders, configuring product to meet customer demand, and sales reporting.
Key Accountabilities of The Inside Sales and Technical Support Specialist

- Customer service liaison between customer and all departments
- Sales Order Review
- Quoting
- Order Entry
- Technical Background in Manufacturing Engineering
- Product Configuration
- Sales Reporting
- Discount Analysis
The Inside Sales and Technical Support Specialist
will have the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (in Engineering related field)

``` - Bachelor's and 3-5 year of experience in manufacturing of consumer goods

``` - Associate's Degree and 7+ years' experience in Engineering field

``` - High School Diploma and 10+ years' experience with Inside Sales in similar field

``` - Bilingual- Spanish a plus - Knowledge of Company and Industry - Customer Relationship Management - Strong business and financial acumen - This is NOT a remote position location office in Sulligent, AL
