Waste Connections Seasonal Onsite Haul Truck Driver in Suisun City, California
Waste Connections is seeking a Seasonal Onsite Haul Truck Driver to join our Madera Disposal team in Suisun City, CA!
Schedule : Monday-Friday 9-10 hours per day, starting at 7am. This project will last approximately 6 months.
Compensation : Starting pay begins at $40-45 per hour, based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Operate haul truck, water truck, and other equipment on site as needed.
Transport/unload soil and other material as needed as part of landfill cell construction.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
Working Conditions :
Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and occasional rain.
The environment may be dusty, noisy, and require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as hearing protection, gloves, and safety boots.
There will be exposure to machinery and heavy equipment, so safety protocols and precautions are strictly followed.
Minimum Job Requirements :
2+ years of truck operating experience
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Ability to work effectively in various outdoor conditions, including exposure to weather elements, and a dynamic work environment.
