Position Type: Full-TimeSetting: School Environment (K–12)Schedule: School HoursEmployment Type: W-2Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 patient care for students in a school-based setting. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child’s daily life while enjoying a predictable school schedule in a supportive educational environment.Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 nursing care to assigned student(s) during the school day
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs promptly
Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers
Document care accurately in compliance with state and district guidelines
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for the student throughout the school day
Adhere to all clinical, safety, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Pediatric, school nursing, or 1:1 care experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt in a school setting
Compassionate, reliable, and student-focused approach to care
