Fullerton Landscapes LLC dba Fullerton Landscape Architects. 3 temporary, peakload Segmental Pavers. 4/1/2026 - 12/15/2026. Worksite: 52 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 07876, + sites in Morris, Essex, & Sussex Co, NJ.

Segmental Pavers will lay out, cut, & place segmental paving units; prepare base for installation by removing unsuitable materials & saturated soils & by compacting soil; place base materials; edge restraints, bedding, & jointing s&; set & align pavers correctly & sweep s& into the joints; & compact pavement until the joints are full. Clean work sites; Install masonry materials; Finish concrete surfaces. Basic landscaping duties.

No education, training, or experience required.

Must have a U.S. driver's license or the ability to obtain one. Must be able to lift & carry up to 80 pounds, be able to lift, cut open, & dump bags of 50 lbs regularly. Equipment is heavy & requires constant movement. Must be able to perform general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, legs, & moving whole body, such as lifting, balancing, climbing, walking, stooping, & handling of materials. The position requires walking, standing, & physical activity in all outdoor weather conditions for approximately 8 hour per day. Some OT & Weekends required.

$28.59/hour, 40 hours/week, MonFri, 7AM3PM. OT $42.89/hour. Employees paid weekly on Friday. Raises &/or bonuses may be offered at employers discretion based on performance, skill, & tenure. On-the-job training available. Workers will begin each day at the worksite address. They will then be transported, free of charge, to properties located throughout the area of intended employment, to perform duties. They will then be transported back to the worksite address at the end of each work day.

Employer will make all deductions required by law and no others without written consent from worker. The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Potential elective deductions to be pre-authorized in writing if applicable are as follows: Optional employee 401K retirement plans; participation is voluntary and may be deducted from payroll. Holiday pay available. Employer paid uniforms provided. Optional voluntary advances/loans may be repaid by pre-authorized payroll deductions. Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities.

Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related government-mated fees. If the worker completes 50% of the contract period, employer will provide or pay in advance transportation & subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the contract or early dismissal, employer will provide or pay reasonable return transportation & subsistence to the place from which the worker departed, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Transportation reimbursement will be based on the most economical & reasonable common carrier. Daily subsistence during travel will be provided at $16.78/day up to a maximum of $68.00/day with receipts.

Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

Employer will provide all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job at no charge.
