V2X Regional Project Director/Subic Bay Task Order Manager in Subic, Philippines
Overview
This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP
Under the direction of the Executive Director, INDOPACOM Global Combatant Command (GCC), responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and management for regional Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V (LOGCAP V or LCV) operations within the Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) GCC Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsible for managing and resolving operational and logistical challenges, concerns, and issues impacting operational support. #LI-CB1
Responsibilities
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the Program or Company.
Establishes policies and procedures for performance and control of Program business management functions.
Provide assistance and expertise in the coordination of LCV multilateral engagements within the INDOPACOM AOR, to include conferences, seminars, and engagement programs in accordance with (IAW) LCV Program requirements, applicable guidance, and directives.
Assist and provide expertise on political-military, economic, and military-to-military cooperation events forwithin the INDOPACOM AOR as required.
Provide regional expertise encompassing political-military factors, intelligence developments, and current operational considerations.
Manages Program cost control and budgetary issues, as required.
Ensures Compliance with all applicable federal, DOD, and Host Nation regulatory and compliance guidance.
Ensures quality standards are applied to all levels of work performed and measured for effectiveness.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance.
Must be a US citizen.
Experience:
+16 years in related Project Management experience.
+5 years’ work experience within INDOPACOM AOR.
Previous Government contracting experience.
Managing Government contract financial performance, including both fixed price and cost reimbursable contracts.
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).
Organized and efficient with attention to detail and excellent follow through.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively lead teams and influence others.
A experienced leader and mentor with strong delegation skills.
Adept at communicating with various stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain positive relationships.
Working Conditions:
Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions.
Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
Physical Requirements:
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
