V2X Logistics Coordinator (Supply) in Subic, Philippines

Overview

This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP

Under the supervision of the respective department Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational requirements of the department. The Logistics Coordinator ensures assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines in support of mission requirements. Responsibilities include obtaining, compiling, and validating data, preparing and reviewing reports, tracking workload metrics, monitoring personnel status, and maintaining accurate records and other required contractual or internal reports. The position requires coordination with other departments and personnel to gather information and ensure data accuracy. The Logistics Coordinator adheres to V2X safety protocols and internal control procedures to prevent minor losses through safeguarding of materials, equipment, and information. The position performs assigned duties with minimal supervision, collaborates effectively with team members, and maintains a clear understanding of departmental requirements to support delivery of high-quality products and customer service.

  • Member of a team to accomplish provided tasks to standard.

  • Possesses considerable autonomy in completing assigned tasks for the department leadership.

  • Ensure quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and checks for effectiveness.

  • Collect, validate, and compile data for internal/ad hoc reports and/or Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)

  • Ensures accuracy and timely submission of reports; identify data discrepancies and resolve issues

  • Track personnel status, leave rosters, and manning reports

  • Maintain correspondence logs and official documentation

  • Coordinate with Supervisors on daily tasking

  • Develop and maintain documentation

  • Input and extract data from designated reporting formats and/or systems

  • Coordinate and/or collaborate with other departments and personnel for joint tasks or data collection

  • Operates office equipment such as computers, scanners, printers, paper shredders, etc.

  • Obtain information needed through various means from departments to complete daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual CDRLs and reports.

  • Assists with the completion and review of CDRLs and reports as needed.

  • Ensure compliance of Corporate, company, PWS and other government policies, procedures and standards and reports to the logistics leadership.

  • Provide administrative support to leadership, practice discretion when handling highly important, sensitive and confidential information

  • Implements general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all job-related procedures and policies.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education/Certifications:

  • One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.

  • Associates Degree preferred.

  • Must be a Philippines Citizen

  • Must have a Host Nation Driver’s License

  • Possess English oral and written communications skills necessary to clearly convey message to co-workers, customers, and all levels of management.

  • Experience:

  • Two (2) years of experience working in an administrative or operations role.

  • A minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in a data management system preferred.

  • Skills:

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

  • Able and willing to perform other duties as needed, as skills and program allow.

  • Possess exceptional time management skills.

  • Requires intermediate to advanced knowledge and fluency of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

  • Must be able to multi-task proficiently while meeting short suspense for both scheduled and unscheduled reports/tasks/CDRLs.

  • Prior LOGCAP Operations preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Working Conditions:

  • The majority of the working conditions will be in an office environment and sedentary in nature.

  • The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures typically 35-45 degrees Celsius. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind, rain and humidity.

  • The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.

  • The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.

  • Requirements:

  • Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 15 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.

  • Work may require prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical and chemicals.

  • Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
