V2X Document Control Coordinator in Subic, Philippines
Overview
This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP
The Document Control Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This position involves office administration like managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office systems to create a productive work environment.

Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail)..
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Oversee office equipment maintenance and liaise with vendors
Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist with data entry and database management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
Associates degree preferred
Philippines Driver’s License is required
Must be a Filipino Citizen
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office environment.
Advanced knowledge of Maximo and Microsoft Office 2013/2016 Suite
Skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in office administration or related field preferred
Must be efficient using office equipment.
Workng Conditions:
Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit with high humidity
Adjustable to changing weather and environmental conditions
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift/push/pull 25 lbs.; Work will require walking up and down stairs, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
