Eaton Corporation Project Manager, EPMS in Subang Jaya, Malaysia
What you’ll do:
A. Manage & control projects to meet the contract requirements and ensure cost control to meet project budget
B. Collaborate with Eaton Service Engineers and manage sub‑contractors in resource deployment according to project implementation plan
C. Provide accurate and timely sales forecast and issuance of invoice per contract milestone / progressive claims
D. Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to each project’s requirements
E. Schedule and attend project meetings / discussions per project requirements
F. Maintain up‑to‑date project integrated costing sheets and traceable tracking records to account for project expenses
G. Attend project meetings (technical, coordination, etc.) at site
H. Manage / support contract administration works (ordering, billing milestones, shop drawings & O&M submission)
I. Work with Customer Service / Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams on parts ordering and lead time to meet project requirements
J. Manage sub‑contractor work schedules, resource deployment, and quality of work
K. Manage customer requests during product FAT / SAT and support the Service team on results obtained and report compilation
L. Support commissioning of the EPMS system, including system setup, GUI configuration, and testing
M. Prepare EPMS points lists and drawings for submission
N. Be committed and responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) / Environment, Health & Safety (EHS):
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS / EHS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS / EHS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS / EHS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS /EHS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement"
Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline PHP - Project Management Professional Cert
At least 2 years of project management experience
Skills:
Auto-CAD, PLC, Networking, BMS/EPMS skill
Good communication skill
