Eaton Corporation Project Manager, EPMS in Subang Jaya, Malaysia
What you’ll do:
A. Manage and control projects to meet contract requirements while ensuring effective cost control in line with the approved project budget.
B. Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to individual project requirements and implementation plans.
C. Collaborate with Eaton Service Engineers and manage sub‑contractors for effective resource deployment.
D. Schedule, attend, and participate in project meetings and discussions (technical, coordination, and site meetings) as required.
E. Maintain up‑to‑date project integrated costing sheets with accurate and traceable records to track project expenses.
F. Manage and support contract administration activities, including ordering, billing milestones, progressive claims, shop drawings, and O&M submissions.
G. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and ensure invoice issuance in accordance with contract milestones.
H. Work closely with Customer Service and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams on parts ordering and lead‑time management to meet project requirements.
I. Manage sub‑contractor work schedules, resource deployment, and quality of work to ensure compliance with project standards.
J. Manage customer requests during product FAT / SAT, and support the Service team in test result validation and report compilation.
K. Support commissioning of the EPMS system, including system setup, GUI configuration, testing, EPMS points listing, and drawing preparation for submission.
L. Be committed and responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance by:
a. Implementing a process‑based approach and risk‑based thinking
b. Providing necessary support to implement and sustain QMS / EHS
c. Communicating the importance of QMS / EHS compliance across the organization
d. Ensuring QMS / EHS objectives are achieved
e. Engaging, directing, and supporting individuals contributing to QMS / EHS
f. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline PHP - Project Management Professional Cert
At least 2 years of project management experience
Skills:
Auto-CAD, PLC, Networking, BMS/EPMS skill
Good communication skill
