BRP US INC NPD Engineer Project Lead in STURTEVANT, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Leading cross-functional teams including manufacturing, product engineering, procurement, and supplier quality in support of new product development programs; managing and mentoring direct reports; conducting performance evaluations; analyzing operational issues and implementing solutions; developing and overseeing financial budgets, including forecasting, resource allocation, cost controls, and risk assessment; communicating project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders; establishing team goals and monitoring key performance indicators; supporting prototype and pilot production runs; preparing capital funding requests; developing and improving assembly processes to meet cost, quality, and capacity requirements; specifying, procuring, validating, and implementing manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment; and applying DMAIC (Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve, andControl) methodology to identify root causes and implement manufacturing process improvements in support of departmental objectives. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 4 years of relevant work experience ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mail a Rsum: Attn: Human Resources / Jennifer Bonefeste BRP US, Inc. 10101 Science Drive Sturtevant, WI 53177 E-Mail a Rsum: careers.us@brp.com Qualified females, minorities, and special disabled veterans and other veterans are encouraged to apply.
