JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Work under the direct supervision of the Lead Engineer and report to the Lead Engineer on a daily basis. 2. Implement, trouble shoot, and optimize 3rd party automatic equipment control systems to fi automation process to production flow with high efficiency. 3. Design and optimize machines and equipment to efficiently replace manual manufacturing processes. 4. Design and build production fixtures and mechanisms to provide guide for manual assembly process and reduce human error. 5. Communicate with customers to obtain the requirement and feedbacks for product, throughput and quality and implement into manual and automated processes. 6. Conduct, optimize, and maintain Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and PFMEA to ensure the production efficiency and quality. 7. Develop and modify/optimize new and current machine operation logics diagrams to support equipment. 8. Support vision and robotic control system development on new and current equipment.
