What You\'ll Do: Work within our Applicant Tracking System to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics Support the recruitment function through candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checking. Coordinate new hires onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience Support Human Resource team with administrative functions What We\'re Looking For: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Demonstrates strong follow-through and task completion. Outgoing, approachable, and confident interacting with people Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Comfortable working with data, systems, and spreadsheets Bilingual a plus Experience and knowledge in a manufacturing environment preferred Why Join Us?
