Description
The TA Coordinator at will support the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring smooth, efficient, and candidate-friendly hiring operations. This role is responsible for managing job postings, auditing requisitions, supporting employer branding efforts, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include bi-weekly review of sponsored and aging jobs, ensuring posting accuracy, confirming interviews day‑of and morning‑of, managing new hire outreach before start dates, and maintaining high-quality candidate experience. The coordinator will also review reqs for spelling, screening questions, and proper visibility to stakeholders.
This role works heavily within UKG, Microsoft Office Suite, and various communication tools.
This is a contract role expected to run through peak season (approximately through August), with the potential for future internal opportunities as the TA team expands.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
