Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls in a call center environment

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and quality standards on every call
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer solutions
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while handling calls
Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
