Location: Boardman, OH, Struthers, OH & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour + Overtime
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM -- 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM -- 7:00 AM
- 6-Day Work Week Required | Mandatory Overtime

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials in a fast-paced production environment
- Perform general labor tasks including sorting, stacking, and moving products
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Follow work instructions and safety guidelines with attention to detail
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work overtime and a 6-day schedule as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
