[What is an a Quality Control Technician?]{.underline}
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required.This is a first shift position with hours from 7am-3:30pm.
[What We're Looking For]{.underline}
The ideal candidate will be capable of greater than 75% of the Quality Department Responsibilities such as various Non-Destructive tests (NDE), calibration duties, receiving and in-process inspection duties, documentation collection, management and analysis.
[Duties and Responsibilities]{.underline}
[Inspection/Testing Duties:]{.underline}
· Perform various Non-Destructive testing (NDE) and document results.
· Coordinate testing with Team Leads, Production Planners, and Product Managers.
· Interpret and implement required testing/inspection requirements.
· Testing includes visible contrast solvent removable Dye Penetrant (PT), Visual Examination (VT), visible contrast AC Yoke Magnetic Particle (MT), Hardness, Ferrite, Positive
Material Identification (PMI) X-Ray film/reports (RT).
· Perform testing and document results in accordance with the Company's procedures, drawings, test equipment capabilities and Sales Order requirements.
