Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Admin to support our construction projects. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks within our management software and ensuring all project documentation is accurately compiled and organized.
Responsibilities
Assist with administrative tasks within the management software.
Coordinate with Project Managers to gather all required project documentation.
Compile and organize closeout packages.
Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contract requirements.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of all project materials.
Ensure timely delivery of document packages.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience with Procore software.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in construction administration.
Proficiency in PROCORE Software.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Work Environment
You will work in a dynamic environment, busy with construction projects. The role may require coordination across various project teams, ensuring thorough communication and timely completion of tasks. Dress code and specific working hours are dependent on project requirements.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Streetsboro, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
