A manufacturing company is seeking Customer Support Representatives to serve as a critical link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage house accounts, ensure consistent communication, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, purchasing, and logistic teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams
- Maintain customer records, order details, and sales activities in internal systems
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for expanding existing customer relationships
- Improve sales and process knowledge to better support customer needs and increase success rates
Job Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years Customer Service experience in manufacturing environment is preferred; Industrial sales, fabrication, project management, and ability to read blueprints is a plus
- Must have experience in maintaining customer relationships along with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Must have the ability to understand technical products, fabrication processes and explain them to customers effectively
- Must be comfortable balancing sales, customer support, and highly detailed administrative tasks
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, relationship building, and multitasking skills
- *Must be proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office *
- A problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach is needed
