Job description:
Speckled Hen is hiring for a Shift Lead position. We offer competitive pay & health insurance.
Looking for a self-motivated and talented cook to lead our kitchen operations. Having a positive and encouraging personality is important as we strive to create a team-centric and uplifting kitchen experience for our employees. Commercial kitchen experience is required, kitchen leadership experience is recommended.
Starts at $20 - $22 / hour depending on experience. Health Benefits
Shift Lead Job Requirements:
- Full Time availability
- Working weekends: (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) at least one day; 2 preferably
- At least 2 years restaurant experience; leadership role preferably
- Positive attitude
- Knife skills- must be comfortable with basic knife skills such as how to dice & julienne vegetables
- Comfortable working around hot equipment safely
- Good work ethic- good time management & ability to multitask
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
