Globe Continuous Improvement Lead Description SUMMARY: Globe Composite Solutions is currently seeking a highly energetic and team-oriented candidate to improve our productivity, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with different departments. Candidates should have experience in operations and continuous improvement, along with strong communication and organizational skills. This role will be responsible for the successful implementation of a wide range of complex projects within our 3 sites (Stoughton MA, Attleboro MA and Modesto CA). Additionally, the position will support initiatives in adjacent organizations, such as Finance, Sales and Engineering. These projects will be focused on improving operations to continuously enable the organization to deliver to our customers. Initially this role will be required to lead a project to integrate our factory in Attleboro MA into our Stoughton MA facilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the Leadership Team to establish projects which support the growth of our business. Establish project plans, tasks, resources, and ownership to ensure timelines are met. Develop and execute integration plans that align with the overall M&A strategy, ensuring operational efficiency and synergy. Proactively work to remove project obstacles, identify, and manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities. Actively drive the enhancement of project management processes, tooling and templates to improve the project management function. Provide timely status reports and program summaries including scope/schedule/quality risks, project status, resource allocation and customer impact. Identify and manage costs associated with project budgets. Lead Lean and Six Sigma transformation projects from planning to execution across multiple sites. Apply tools such as Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, SMED, and Six Sigma techniques to drive measurable improvements. Assist in audit, safety, compliance, and regulatory-related efforts as necessary. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in technical discipline.
