Aerotek Construction Technician in Story City, Iowa
Job Title: Construction Technician
Job Duties:
Assist with construction, installation, maintenance, and repair activities on job sites
Perform site measurements, inspections, and layout tasks
Operate construction tools, machinery, and specialized equipment
Assist with troubleshooting construction issues and making field adjustments
Monitor work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications
Support material handling, equipment setup, and site logistics
Skills Wanted:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade training preferred
Previous experience in construction, utilities, or technical field work preferred
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
Valid driver’s license required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Story City, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
