Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment by maintaining a strong focus on safety and adhering to all LOTO procedures. You will perform scheduled maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair mechanical issues, and collaborate effectively with on-site technicians and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
Maintain a strong focus on safety and adhere to all LOTO procedures.
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and ensure all work is properly documented.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on Hytrol and Dematic systems, including conveyor belt repair, replacement and tracking, VFDs, motors, photo-eye replacement and programming, and pneumatic components associated with the equipment.
Troubleshoot Hytrol EZ-Logic and program photo-eyes; training can be provided, but the ability to learn and apply the process is essential.
Supply and maintain your own tools.
Collaborate effectively with on-site technicians and subcontractors.
Conduct walkthrough inspections and document any deficiencies.
Communicate clearly and effectively with management and customers regarding findings and progress.
Provide detailed information to the support line when reporting issues.
Submit a weekly report outlining identified issues and completed repairs.
Present yourself professionally when interacting with customers.
Take on new responsibilities as assigned.
Arrive promptly and be ready to work on time.
Essential Skills
Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to troubleshoot Hytrol EZ-Logic and program photo-eyes.
Professional communication skills.
Leadership abilities are considered an asset.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Dematic RS200 is beneficial.
Ability to learn and apply new processes.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stone Mountain, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
