What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and court personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access screening activities, and/or emergency response actions when appropriate.
Screen entrants and personal belongings at designated access points using approved screening equipment and established post procedures, and report prohibited items and/or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site leadership and/or public officials.
Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help support orderly access, verify authorization where required, and follow established visitor processing guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and the perimeter, noting unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns and reporting them through proper channels.
Minimum Requirements:
A guard card/license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
