Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements to develop effective solutions that align with organizational objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business needs and specifications
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and improve efficiency
Utilize technical skills in Capture to design and implement business models that support strategic initiatives
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals
Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business requirements
Support the implementation of new systems and processes ensuring seamless integration with existing operations
Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest improvements for continuous enhancement
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business needs
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new processes and systems
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement. Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies
Possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions to diverse audiences
Have experience in hybrid work environments showcasing adaptability and collaboration skills
Show expertise in Capture technology to design robust business models
Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Hold a degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field
Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on strategic initiatives
Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Possess strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and deliverables
Exhibit a customer-centric mindset to ensure solutions meet client needs
Have experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
Certifications Required
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
