Job Summary
As a Production Operator, you will operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet quality and productivity standards. This role supports daily production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Operate manual and automated production equipment according to established procedures
Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and immediately report hazards or incidents
Follow standard work instructions, quality procedures, and visual standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning
Participate in training, continuous improvement efforts, and process optimization
Job Requirements
Some prior experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Basic mechanical or manufacturing knowledge preferred
Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
