Green Land Lawn & Landscaping, LLC has the need for 2 Temporary Full-Time Landscape Laborers needed from 04/01/2026 to 12/1/2026, to Mow, cut, water, edge lawns and trees, rake ad blow leaves, pull and cop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch, plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.

Able to lift weight as required to carry and use landscaping equipment and material needed for assigned tasks with or without reasonable accommodations. Able to tolerate outdoor work temperatures (over 90 degrees and under 32 degrees Fahrenheit). Workers ability to meet these requirements will be determined by workers own representations and observation by Employer or Employers representative. Generally, 8-hour workdays, 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. No experience, education, or training is required. Training will be provided on-the-job. All work performed under the supervision of other employees/supervisors.\ \ Multiple worksites within MSA. Workers will report each day to 19720 Mission Road, Stilwell, KS 66085. Company will provide daily transportation to and from worksites. Employer may provide housing assistance to workers or provide single room housing workers at or below market rent. Rent charged, if any, will be paid by worker apart from workers\' paycheck and not deducted from paycheck. Workers may obtain any housing of their choice and at their own cost.\ \ Work will be performed at various locations in the Kansas City, MO-KS MSA and predominantly occur in Johnson and Wyandotte Counties, KS and Jackson County, MO. Employer will offer wage of \$20.15 per hour up to \$20.15 per hour. Employer will pay workers using a single workweek as standard to compute wages, wages to be paid no less frequently than every two weeks, all deductions required by law to be made from gross wages by employer.\ \ Employer will make reimbursement to workers who complete at least 50 percent of work term certified as indicated above for subsistence and travel from home to place of employment if relocating from outside St. Louis County and outside the Kansas City, MO-KS MSA and will pay for return home transportation and subsistence costs if the worker completes work for the entire term of certified employment or is dismissed from employment early. Travel reimbursement to be the lowest cost bus fare and overnight lodging (if required) between the Employer\'s Place of business in Johnson County, KS and worker\'s home. Subsistence reimbursement to be by cash stipend limited to a minimum of \$16.28 per day and a maximum amount verified by receipts of \$68.00 per day of travel. Employer will also reimburse workers for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other H-2B related processing fees (excluding worker passport fees) incurred by the worker within the first week of work.\ \ All tools of trade and supplies and equipment required to complete job duties to be provided by Employer without charge or deposit.
