What You’ll Do
As part of the structural welding team, you will:
Perform MIG & Flux‑Core (FCAW) welding on beams, columns, stairs, rails, and heavy structural steel components
Weld plates and structural members according to project requirements
Interpret welding blueprints, weld symbols, and tape‑measure dimensions
Work on high‑strength, large‑scale steel fabrications where precision and safety are essential
What You Need
Minimum 1 year of MIG and Flux‑Core welding experience (welding school accepted)
Ability to read and interpret weld symbols and blueprints
Must be able to measure accurately with a tape measure
Structural steel or metal fabrication experience preferred

Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Mandatory 49 hours/week
2nd Shift
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
