Aerotek General Production Worker in Stewartville, Minnesota
General Production Worker
We are looking for dependable, hands‑on individuals to help assemble products in a clean and organized production environment. No woodworking interest is required—just a willingness to learn, use tools, and be part of a team.
What You’ll Do
Assemble parts using basic hand tools and power tools
Follow instructions, drawings, and measurements
Operate simple production equipment
Help prepare materials and keep work areas organized
Check completed parts for quality
Assist with basic painting or surface prep
Work safely and support your team
What You Bring
At least 6 months of experience in any hands‑on job (assembly, manufacturing, construction, farming, warehouse, etc.)
Comfortable using tape measures, tools, and equipment
Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
Ready to learn new skills and work with others
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with machines or equipment
Painting or spray‑application experience
Any precision or finish work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
