TEAM LEAD – THERAPY SERVICES

Job Description:
Monitors day-to-day activities including key performance outcomes, regulatory compliance, fiscal goals, program goals and staffing needs in acute and outpatient Therapy Services areas. Is responsible for the development and implementation of standards of practices of Therapy Services. Serves as communication liaison to ensure positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
Experience/Qualifications:
Knowledge of therapy standards and practices normally acquired through graduation of an accredited Therapy program and eligibility to take the national exam and subsequent certification by the discipline specific association.
Three to five years of clinical experience necessary to enhance and develop skills, with team leading/supervisory experience beneficial.
Current Wisconsin Therapy license
Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire - All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) training through independent study, online manikin and knowledge testing. An acceptable training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED. Possesses good written and verbal communication skills.
