ManpowerGroup 2nd shift Forklift Operator in Sterrett, Alabama
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a 2nd shift Forklift Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting warehouse and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to safety, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: 2nd shift Forklift Operator
Location: Sterrett, AL
Pay Range: $16.00/hour
$1 pay in crease after 30 days with good performance and attendance
Shift: Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, occasional Saturdays required
What's the Job?
Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility
Transport raw materials and finished products to designated locations
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure a safe environment
What's Needed?
Prior forklift operating experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work occasional Saturdays as required
