SRC Refrigeration is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, to join the Sales Group. The Regional Sales Manager develops key relationships and strategically sells products and services to achieve top and bottom-line objectives and ensure total customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

· Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.

· Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product needs; identifies and suggests SRC products to meet those needs.

· Able to effectively speak about SRC Refrigeration’s products and discuss how they meet the needs of each specific customer.

· Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise leading up to and including the sale.

· Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, and enhancements that may be of interest.

· Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems. This data will be housed and managed through Salesforce.com.

· Provides periodic territory sales forecasts and updates on progress at regular intervals throughout the year.

· Performs other duties as assigned by Director.

Required Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred

· 3-5 years of relevant solution selling experience

· Experience in the insulated panel industry preferred

· Construction experience in addition to exposure to field service preferred

· Proven ability to communicate well with internal management and fellow team members in addition to external customers, service providers, and suppliers

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related web-based software.

· Salesforce.com experience is a plus but not mandatory
