What’s a typical day as Material Handling Supervisor? You’ll be:
Overseeing the efficient movement, storage, and protection of materials and products throughout the facility, while leading a team of material handlers.
Coordinating the receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods to ensure timely delivery to production lines or shipping docks.
Enforcing OSHA and company safety regulations through regular safety briefings and equipment inspections to maintain a zero-accident environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Possess a High School Diploma or GED; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Are a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
