What’s a typical day as Material Handling Supervisor? You’ll be:

  • Overseeing the efficient movement, storage, and protection of materials and products throughout the facility, while leading a team of material handlers.

  • Coordinating the receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods to ensure timely delivery to production lines or shipping docks.

  • Enforcing OSHA and company safety regulations through regular safety briefings and equipment inspections to maintain a zero-accident environment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Are a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
