ManpowerGroup Machine Operator in Stephenville, Texas
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Stephenville, TX
Pay Range: $15-16/hour
Shifts:
4am- 12pm
12pm-10:30pm
What's the Job?
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes
Load, unload, and feed materials into dies and machines
Make minor adjustments to machinery to maintain quality standards
Accurately complete time sheets and production reports
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
What's Needed?
Ability to read, write, and speak English and use simple math
Good communication and interpersonal skills (work well with others)
Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity desirable
Ability to lift and maneuver loads of 25 lbs. or more without assistance
Work overtime and change shifts with minimum notice
