Manage all functions related to inventory within the RSC as well as the operational integrity of the EXE WMS. Actively contributes to a positive and productive working environment.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
Provide analysis and action plans to reduce inventory loss
Comply with all RSC audit expectations/ all programs and standards
Pre-plan and identify future space requirements
Act as liaison with the Procurement Department
Investigate and address product issues and item maintenance
Reconcile inventory BOH discrepancies between the host and warehouse systems
Ensure warehouse financial reporting, relating to inventory shrink, is maintained accurately with/ through the Regional Finance Department
Manage the inventory cycle count and process
Co-ordinate daily activities of inventory control staff
Coach, counsel, and discipline as required
Participate in ongoing training
Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company
What you have to offer:
A minimum of three years experience in inventory control
Previous supervisory experience
Working knowledge of EXE, SAP, C3 and TMS
Strong analytical skills
Physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
Occasionally lift over 88 lbs
Two-person lift required for weights exceeding 50 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Possible exposure to extreme temperatures
Alertness to other people and vehicles
Various shifts including evenings and weekends
