Sobeys Administrator Cost - 15-month contract in Stellarton, Nova Scotia

This role is a 15-month contract
What you'll get to do in this fast-paced role:
Manage generic inboxes and respond within specified turnaround times
Ensure all conditions are created, maintained and changed according to business plans on instruction from Category Management and Finance ensuring accuracy of data
Review newly listed articles forms and update system accordingly for purchase and sales conditions
Investigate and resolve supplier inquiries related to costing conditions and Partner Portal functions
Collaborate with team to identify process improvements and areas of development concerning costing, rebates, and Partner Portal functions
Validate and release CDM documents and complete error handling as required
Follow defined validation guidelines and adhere to all Sobeys policies
Adhere to CEO/CFO policies as outlined by the company
Liaise with the National Sourcing, Category Management, Data Services, and other stakeholders as required
Update job aides or process documents as required
Provide data gathering support to Cost Analysts
What you have to offer:
What your resume will include and demonstrate to us:
A college diploma or certificate and a minimum of 1 year of experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Bilingual proficiency (English/French) would be an asset.
Strong oral and written communication skills, displaying a professional approach.
Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
Experience in the retail grocery business preferred.
SAP experience an asset
