Aggreko Key Account Manager - Power Generation in Stefanesti, Romania
Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Strategic Key Account Manager for Power Generation projets based in Stefanestii de Jos, Ilfov county, Bucharest metropolitan area.
This role entails a balanced focus (50/50 split) between nurturing and growing existing strategic key accounts and actively developing new business opportunities across the region .You will act as the commercial owner for one or more key strategic customers, responsible for revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and the development of long-term partnerships in Eastern Europe.

What you’ll do as a Strategic Key Account Manager:
Own the P&L for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Actively prospect for and secure new business opportunities to expand Aggreko's market share in key sectors.
Participate in tenders and bidding processes
Ensure the successful execution of existing and new contracts, meeting quality, cost, and time expectations.
Act as the primary customer contact for all commercial, financial and legal matters.
Develop long-term strategic partnerships, positioning Aggreko as a trusted advisor.
You are:
A university graduate in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
With 7-10 years of experience in customer management and business developer roles, with a proven track record in revenue ownership and complex contract negotiation.
Possessing strong commercial and financial acumen; excellent organizational skills; strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
Proficient in advanced English (written and spoken) and hold a Category B driving license.
