Halliburton sin avdeling Sperry opplever økt arbeidsmengde og har i den forbindelse behov for verkstedsteknikere. Sperry verksted utfører vedlikehold på L/MWD sensorer. Vi jobber med korte friste for klargjøring av utstyr til offshore operasjoner samt meget strenge krav til kvalitet og sikkerhet.

Job Duties
Under strict supervision, performs repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, and inspections on down-hole tool electronics and other equipment used in the application for down-hole tools, including Directional/ RSS or M/LWD sensors. Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Areas of specialization may include: mechanical aptitude, electronics aptitude, computer skills, assembly and disassembly of tools associated with PSL equipment, or Measure while drilling and/or Logging While Drilling down-hole tools. Requires a technical school certificate, or equivalent. An associate degree or higher is preferred.

Halliburton’s Sperry Drilling department is experiencing increasing workload and needs R&M Maintenance technicians. Sperry R&M workshop performs scheduled maintenance on L/MWD sensors. Daily we are tasked with short deadlines to supply operational needs and work with pride and focus to be the best in Safety and Quality.

Qualifications:
Minimum two-year related workshop experience
Basic knowledge with 5s and process improvements
Able to handle both Norwegian and English as working language
Experience from downhole drilling equipment maintenance would be preferable.

The candidate is expected to handle a busy work environment with frequent changes and keep focused on details and delivering a product to the highest quality possible
The position requires that you champion the Company's HSE procedures
Expectation is that you could function in a team and care for your colleges
