Academic Success Coach: the primary point of contact for a select group of students admitted through the Transition Studies program. The Academic Success Coach will motivate, advise, and assist with retention efforts from enrollment through graduation. :::

- Provide student support from enrollment through graduation
- Serve as primary academic advisor until students declare majors
- Mentor, motivate, & work to resolve barriers to student success
- Work collaboratively with colleges and departments to ensure student success
- Teach FYE courses
- Track student progress
- Provide career prep and planning
- Identify at-risk students & facilitate needed support
- Other duties as assigned :::

An earned Bachelors Degree in Counseling, College Student Personnel Services, Education or a related field :::
