Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, support leadership, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors (in person, phone, and email)
- Manage client correspondence, including drafting letters, notarizing documents, and coordinating client gifts
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process client invoicing and payments
- Maintain organized office systems (filing, mail, supplies, vendor coordination, IT support)
- Coordinate office events and team activities
- Assist with new employee onboarding
Support tax return preparation, including document organization and e-filing
Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online required
- Familiarity with tax software and procedures preferred
- Proven ability to communicate proactively and foster a positive team environment
Prior office management experience preferred
