The Project Manager is responsible for driving and supporting project execution in global program for material productivity (VAVE) to secure continuous quality and cost improvements.

This position reports to the Associate Director, Global Material Optimization and is part of the Global Material Optimization department located in Stargard, it will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create composite Yield analysis to define improvements opportunities.

  • Create idea funnel for quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

  • Support production engineering in execution of quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

  • Drive or support quality and cost reduction project execution.

  • Assure effective cooperation within the project team and impacted cross functional stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Formal Education of M. Sc. or B. Sc. Engineering or similar.

  • Fluent English: written and spoken. This position is working closely with the rest of the global cross functional organization.

  • Strong experience in production and product engineering, working in similar position in highly regulated industry.

  • Understanding and strong experience in solving production quality problems.

  • Understanding and experience in Project Management.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 15 %, to suppliers and other Radiometer production sites.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Understanding of cost structures, business cases and financial impact of technical decisions.

  • Understanding and experience with change control process and statistical technics.

  • Knowledge of the ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.

  • Experience in work in multinational and multicultural environment.
