Spectrum Marketing Performance Manager in Stamford, Connecticut

Are you passionate about driving business growth through marketing performance optimization? As a Marketing Performance Manager at Spectrum, you'll analyze and enhance marketing effectiveness across small, medium, and large business segments. Your role will involve evaluating performance metrics, collaborating across teams, and implementing actionable strategies to improve campaign success. Your insights will fuel impactful decision-making for our marketing and Go-To-Market teams.
*How You’ll Make an Impact *
Analyze sales and marketing performance across business segments, emphasizing incremental growth and efficiency
Translate data-driven insights into prioritized actions for marketing and Go-To-Market teams
Identify performance drivers, risks and opportunities across channels and programs, delivering insights for optimization
Design and implement tests to drive incremental growth and track the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing program
Define and monitor key performance indicators, including engagement, lead volume, conversion rate, sales and revenue
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop annual targets, quarterly forecasts and scenario models

*Education *
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics or Economics
*Experience *
3+ years in Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence or Strategic Planning
5+ years of marketing experience
*Skills *
Proficient in marketing and sales channel principles, techniques and processes
Aptitude for analyzing business trends and performance measurements with a history of developing and distributing reporting on a regular cycle
Communicates results with clarity, confidence, and context tailored to Executive audience as well as the working Marketing teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large complex projects
Proven organizational skills with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
