Spectrum Business Systems Analyst in Stamford, Connecticut

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Analyze business operations to identify strengths and weaknesses and determine opportunities for process automation
Assess available technologies and create development specifications to align with business objectives
Provide technical expertise to develop systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
Consult with management and users to understand system needs and design solutions that achieve business goals
Specify inputs and formatting outputs to ensure user requirements are met
Oversee system implementation by coordinating testing and validating system performance
Improve internal processes and implement measures to control risks within Spectrum’s business applications framework
Execute programming and analysis tasks to optimize business systems and support their functionality
Facilitate communication between business units to negotiate agreements and commitments from initial requirements through implementation
Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate cost, efficiency and technical viability of solutions for business challenges
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience
- 2+ years business systems or IT-related experience
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Ability to quickly identify business problems and opportunities
Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of management
Knowledge of software applications such as Word and Excel
Knowledge of applicable systems
Collaborate in a dynamic team environment and work independently as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Pega certifications such as Certified Pega Business Architect, Certified Pega Lead Decisioning Architect or Certified Pega System Architect
Experience
2+ years in Pega, Python, SQL
2-3 years with Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
Skills
Proven ability to leverage CDH for personalized customer interactions and decisioning
Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks
Experience integrating Python solutions within Pega applications
Extensive experience with SQL for database management, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance
Experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating workflows
