Job Title: Plumber
Job Description
This role involves performing a full range of commercial plumbing work on underground and above-ground new construction and renovation projects. You will install, repair, and finish plumbing systems using PVC, copper, Pro-press, and cast iron materials, working from blueprints and specifications to deliver high-quality, code-compliant installations from rough-in through final trim out.
Responsibilities
Perform underground and above-ground rough-in plumbing, including installation of vents, sewers, connections, and waterlines for commercial, institutional, and governmental projects.
Install, modify, and repair plumbing systems using PVC, copper, Pro-press, and cast iron piping in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes.
Cut and thread pipe accurately to required measurements, ensuring clean, precise joints and connections.
Read, interpret, and work from blueprints and specifications to plan layout, routing, and installation of plumbing systems.
Complete finish and trim-out work, including installation and connection of fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and associated hardware so systems are ready for use.
Collaborate with other contractors and trades on active construction and renovation job sites to coordinate work and maintain project schedules.
Work efficiently on renovation projects, including resort and hospitality environments, to meet milestones such as reaching second rough-in on schedule.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area while working in outdoor and indoor environments, including exposure to the elements.
Use appropriate tools and equipment for cutting, threading, brazing, soldering, and assembling plumbing components.
Report progress, issues, and material needs in a timely manner to support continuous workflow and on-time project completion.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with cast iron piping systems.
Ability to braze plumbing components where required.
Ability to solder copper piping and fittings.
Experience collaborating with multiple contractors and trades on large job sites.
Work Environment
You will work primarily on active construction and renovation job sites, including high-end resort properties and large commercial buildings. . The work schedule runs Monday through Saturday, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., consisting of five 10-hour days and an 8-hour shift on Saturday, providing consistent overtime opportunities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
