DUTIES: Support material readiness, supplier alignment, and supply chain integration for complex manufactured products in regulated environments. Serve as a cross-functional partner to Global Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Integration teams, supporting New Product Development (NPD), lifecycle programs, and acquisition-related initiatives. Contribute to the ongoing integration of products and suppliers manufactured across multiple geographies and distributed globally. Develop and maintain understanding of product portfolios, supplier landscapes, and material strategies supporting NPD, lifecycle, and integration initiatives. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to Quality, Service, Cost, and supplier performance. Execute supplier engineering and material program management activities to support component production readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align suppliers with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements. Support design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA), supplier process development, and production readiness efforts. Lead supplier management and onboarding activities, including scheduling, risk mitigation, and contingency planning. Navigate changing priorities and requirements while maintaining alignment and execution momentum. Partner with procurement teams to ensure timely material availability. Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Communicate progress, risks, and issue resolutions to stakeholders. Directly supervise one or more supplier engineering or supplier management professionals and provide technical and project-direction oversight for NPD acquisitions-related initiatives.
