Job Duties: Oversee and perform lead role in the design, development and implementation of modules for large scale business applications systems. Perform lead role in development and portals using custom frameworks. Utilize object modeling techniques and methodologies with tools like Rational Rose to design and develop N-tier architecture systems. Oversee the development of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions and middleware environments and development using various middleware solutions, such as MSMQs, ESBs and other technologies. Mentor, train and oversee work of junior-level IT professionals on technical teams. Coordinate with Sales Team as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
