Regions Hospital Per Diem Outpatient & Med History Pharmacist in St. Paul, Minnesota
Regions Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center serving adults and children in Minnesota and western Wisconsin for more than 150 years, is looking for a Per Diem Pharmacist in Outpatient and Medication History. Available shifts include day/evening and weekend. The ideal candidate will have initiative, good triaging skills, and experience in a fast-paced hospital pharmacy. Pharmacists provide professional pharmaceutical services by: Verifying medication orders and dispensing medications and related supplies. Monitoring patient medication therapies. Providing drug information to healthcare providers. Overseeing the work of direct support personnel. Work Schedule: Per diem, day/evening and weekend shifts available. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Currently functioning in an outpatient/retail or medication history capacity. Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in an outpatient/retail or medication history role. Advanced medication therapy medication training.
